Return & Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a replacement within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Our team may contact you for verification details to process your request.

Please note that for customized orders, we do not accept returns, replacements, or cancellations due to spelling errors or changes in preference after printing. Customers are responsible for thoroughly reviewing their orders before finalizing purchases.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, cancellations and refunds cannot be processed.
  • No refunds will be issued if your device lacks NFC compatibility. Please verify your device supports NFC before ordering.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring device compatibility prior to purchase.

Warranty Policy

All ZOZO NFC cards include a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering functional defects.

What is Covered:

  • If the NFC card does not function properly when used with an NFC-enabled smartphone, we will provide a replacement after verification.

What is Not Covered:

  • Physical damage resulting from bending, breaking, scratches, water exposure, or misuse.
  • Device compatibility issues with non-NFC smartphones.
